1. I am William Robert Hammons, a.k.a. “W.R. Hammons” (the “Proprietor”).

  3. When visitors leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
  4. If you leave a comment on my Site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
  5. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

  8. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

  10. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

  15. No user of this Site shall publicly identify any other user or users of this site, whether they be seen on this site or off this site.
  16. An exception to Clauses 1 & 2 above is a user of this Site shall be promoted publicly if they submit their Work and are chosen (see the Site Terms of Service).
  17. No user of this site shall invade the privacy of the Site Proprietor, and every user shall respect the confidentiality of the Proprietor.
  18. Any disclosure of any communication whatsoever between a user and the Proprietor of this Site in any context is strictly forbidden.
