The American Heart Association recommends limiting sugar intake to 39 grams daily (1 tablespoon = 13 grams of sugar). Someone who might or might not be typing these words would once put 14 packets of white sugar in his Starbucks every morning, or about 42 grams of sugar. That same someone has since discovered High Brew Double Espresso and other cold brew coffees for his morning wake-up call (6 grams of sugar isn’t zero, but it sure ain’t 42 either).

Anybody need a 10-pound bag of sugar?
