Get Guided Tours of Bad Kreuznach, Germany and Europe!

(Please note that offerings are pending proper approvals from German government; see here if you’d like to be a BKT investor!)

Stay tuned for the Ukraine “Rising Smoke” tour, which will only happen when stable peace, electricity and WiFi break out there. Even when such a tour becomes available, be ready to be flexible (e.g., last-minute Auschwitz and Berlin WWII site detours).

Herzlich willkommen in Bad Kreuznach, in Germany, or wherever you might be at the moment!

I’m Bill Hammons, I was born in Bad Kreuznach (one hour southwest of Frankfurt Airport by train) in the early Seventies to Maj. Rich Hammons (now resting in Arlington National Cemetery) and my mother Susan (yes, I’m 100% American; you might say I was born in Bad Kreuznach but bred in the West Texas town where my mother and sister were both born, before spending 12 years in New York and 14 in Colorado before returning to my home state of Texas to [technically] settle in Austin near family).

As of the first creation of this web page, I’m now in the process of settling down in the city of my birth (see below for a snapshot I took earlier this morning from above the desk where I work every morning [you can make out neither the crescent moon hanging low above the horizon, nor the hill out of sight to the right where I was born, but I think you get the picture]). If you’re exploring relocating to Germany, by all means ask and I’d be happy to share my experience regarding that particular journey.

To the point: this seasoned traveler / digital nomad (I’ve visited 34 countries to-date, after having spent the last 3+ years bootstrapping my way across much of northwestern Eurasia [i.e., Europe] and North Africa) is now ready as your dedicated professional to guide you through Bad Kreuznach, Germany (truly a hidden gem smack dab in the heart of Western Europe, note the red pin on the map at left below, along with a map of the Schengen Area [i.e., Western Europe] on the right), and/or through Germany to many sites in or near the land of his birth, often with a focus on history, particularly military history.

Pricing: All tours, including single-day tours, are 90€ per day (approximately $95 USD as of this writing), excluding entry fees, meals, drinks and hotel reservations (I make a point of staying at the same hotel as those in my care and typically accept additional payment for their hotel reservations in advance so that I can make hotel arrangements for everyone in the party).

Payment is accepted via Paypal (a payment link will be sent once all details of your itinerary are confirmed to everyone’s satisfaction); tips are, of course, always appreciated as a symbol of the value of service and are accepted via PayPal or cash.

Also note that itineraries can of course be combined (e.g., visiting Paris on way to or from Normandy beaches). Feel free to ask!
